Whether your mission-critical data is not accessible, a cluster node isn’t responding, hard drives are failing inexplicably, or you’ve just encountered a problem that you don’t know how to fix — we’re there to help at the most crucial hour.

Every day we come into work, we enable our customers to keep their data & operations up and running smoothly, which is core to what we do here at 45Drives. Our regular support business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Atlantic Standard time. But, when you need to contact us at 11:00 p.m. on  Friday, 7:00 a.m. on a Sunday, or even on a statutory holiday when we are normally closed – like Christmas Day – you can always get in touch with us, no matter the day or the time with 24/7 Emergency Service Support.

Instances like those are why our Emergency Assistance package now exists. Designed to be an add-on to complement our existing support bundles, it is an extra line item that you can buy to give you the peace of mind needed to know that we are always going to be available to you and your team.

How does the 45Drives 24/7 Emergency Assistance work?

Customers who decide to move forward with our Emergency Assistance offering purchase can access our special toll-free number. If and when a drastic situation arises with your storage infrastructure, you simply call the number provided to you, and you will always receive an answer from a real, live person. No annoying automation or the conventional, canned leave us a voicemail, and we’ll get back to you soon type of greeting that has you sighing in exasperation.

After some back and forth to understand the severity of the problem, our team will determine the best course of action. Whether it’s a mission-critical emergency or just a false alarm, someone will be inactive response with you within three business hours.

Additionally, if you or our support team determine that the issues experienced do not require immediate assistance, you will receive priority support on our next business day.

In other words, your ticket will go to the top of our queue and be responded to within three business hours when our team returns to the office for regular business hours.

Regardless of your choice, our amazing support team is still going to be here for you like they always have been. Nothing at all about our current support offerings is changing, and you’re still going to receive the same level of excellent service that you’re used to receiving.
