The Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) is a global leader in film culture. Operating out of the TIFF Lightbox, a world-class "palace of film exhibition" in downtown Toronto, the organization manages year-round screenings across six screens. The Challenge: The 450-Film Logistics Headache
During TIFF’s 11-day festival window, the technical team faces a scaling challenge that James describes as a "different animal."
